Meet Rick Hausman

Teaching my kids to ski and play baseball. (But, when I asked my wife what my passion project is, she said, “I don’t know… work? Or maybe mowing the lawn? No Real Estate or your Kids would be tops”)

Potica “Patizza”. An Italian Sweet Bread from the Old World.

Horsetooth Reservoir. You can do a lot: mountain bike, fish, hike, swim, paddleboard, water ski, etc. And, it’s so close that I can just drive up to get away from office stress for a lunch break with a view…

Winter Park. The pace of life feels different once halfway there. Beautiful, cooler and fun.

Favorite is a hard word with a lot of pressure… but here are two of my favorites…Silver Grill Cafe for a little late breakfast pick me up with coffee or breakfast for lunch with a side of cinnamon roll toast. Or, Austin’s cuz it’s so versatile and has a great location. Corner of College and Mountain. Mojito or Margarita… Inside or outside on the patio for people watching. Salad or Steak (But salad, really??? No I’m getting the prime rib or the Northwest BBQ salmon with glazed soy sauce).

Get prepared. Then, jump on opportunities when you see what you want.

Extra effort upfront and some planning will pay huge dividends in effort, time, stress and usually money later.

Product? I don’t use product as I don’t even have hair… But seriously, Sonos wireless speakers.
